"Many of us think rest is just sleeping, but it's much more than that! In this workshop, we will take you through an educational and engaging workshop on the 7 different types of rest we need. We create space to help attendees define what rest looks like in their lives, their understanding of burnout, and the role that they can play in their wellbeing. We also go through interactive examples to help attendees understand how they can make more time to rest!
