Wellness Area Definitions

Mental Wellness – This involves focus, clarity, and stress reduction. A low score may mean simplifying routines or using productivity tools, while a high score indicates maintaining habits and supporting others with stress management.

Sensory Wellness – This relates to your environment and sensory regulation. A low score suggests addressing stressors like clutter or overstimulation, while a high score means optimizing comfort and helping others improve their spaces.
